Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from Our office in Dubai, by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order

For domestic (metros & central district areas) – 4 – 7 Working Days

For domestic (non-metros &out of city areas) – 7 – 14 Working Days

For international – 14-21 Business Days

Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Saturday – Thursday. Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as Annluke Collections uses 3rd party couriers, Annluke Collections may not have full control over the service level of the courier company.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc in the Shipping Instructions. Annluke Collections takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Annluke Collections is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Free Shipping may be offered for special orders. However, this limit is subject to change without advance notice.

Returns Policy

It is Annluke Collections’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to your wallet, for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. Postage / Courier Charges will not be refunded. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Annluke Collections is not responsible for damage after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
