Exchange policy

• 🔹Free exchange if damage / defective items received.
• 🔹For any unsatisfied expectations, Exchange charge of 20Dhs applicable.
• 🔹Exchange to be informed within 24hours after receiving the delivery
• 🔹Exchange item must be in original packing condition. Tried Items will not be Exchanged.
• 🔹Exchange to be done within 7 days of the invoice date!
• 🔹Exchange should be with the same amount or of greater value. 
• 🔹NO CASH REFUND
• 🔹All purchases made are governed by and subject to Annluke Collections T&C.
• 📍Color Variation📍 : Kindly be informed there will be 5% (+ -) color difference from digital image to actual product, due to different resolutions and color settings of devices
